To find out more about this puzzle visit this web site. http://www.maa.org/editorial/mathgames/mathgames_08_02_04.html For a solution on how to assemble it, watch the video. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zkcYGVZrMOc This part was originally designed with simple square geometry, but it has since been modified with two enhancements. 1. Draft and uniform thickness so that it can be made as a plastic injected part. 2. One of the Shell features can be adjusted to account for how much clearance you would like. This is a fun project to prototype.
